A free 15-minute nutrition consult is a chance for us to connect and see if we’re the right fit. During our call, I’ll learn more about your health history and goals, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about my coaching style, methods, and services. My priority is helping you find the best coach for your needs—and this call is the first step in that process.
In this one-time consult, we’ll dive into your health history, labs, and personal health journey to understand your starting point and define your goals. We’ll discuss calorie and macronutrient recommendations, training protocols, and lifestyle strategies tailored to your needs. You’ll leave with clear direction and a roadmap to help you reach your goals with confidence.
This 4-part seminar series is designed to educate, inspire, and equip athletes and private groups with the tools they need to fuel performance, speed recovery, and support long-term health. Each session builds on the last, creating a progressive learning experience that takes athletes from the basics of nutrition to advanced strategies tailored for sport.
This program is designed for anyone who wants structure, accountability, and expert guidance to take their performance, health, and confidence to the next level. With weekly check-ins and direct messaging, you’ll have me in your corner every step of the way—no guesswork, no quick fixes, just proven strategies tailored to you. This program is billed monthly.
This program focuses on building strength through foundational training and progressive overload. You’ll learn proper movement patterns, improve mobility, and develop lean body tissue with a plan tailored to your goals. Each session is designed to challenge you safely while building confidence in the way you move. The result is not just strength, but the tools and education to train effectively for the long term.

About
Britt is a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and specialist in prenatal and postpartum fitness and nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from New York University and completed her dietetic internship at LAC + USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. A former collegiate rower at NYU, Britt developed a deep appreciation for strength training, which led her to become a NASM-certified personal trainer and CF-L1 coach. She has coached CrossFit in both Los Angeles and Knoxville.
With a diverse background, Britt has worked with professional and collegiate athletes across sports including basketball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, stand-up paddleboarding, and triathlons. She also coaches busy adults and parents looking to build strength, improve wellness, and create sustainable health habits. Her approach to nutrition is rooted in a “food-first” philosophy, emphasizing whole, real foods as the foundation for performance and long-term health. Britt views the body as an interconnected system, where nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle all work in synergy to optimize performance, longevity, and well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Britt is a proud mother of three—her daughter plays volleyball and her two boys are active in soccer. On weekends, you’ll often find her paddleboarding with her kids, cheering from the sidelines at their games, or spending time in the kitchen baking with them. She loves a good cup of coffee, lifting heavy, and finding balance in the busy seasons of family and career.
